Ingredients

1 hr 30 minutes
5 people
  • 250 gmurad lentil
  • as required Oil for deep fry,
  • to tastesalt
  • ,pinch of asafoetida
  • 1 kgYogurt,
  • 1/4 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp,cumin powder
  • As per tasteTamarind and green chutney

Steps

1 hr 30 minutes

    Soak the urad lentil for at least 5 hours.Then grind it make a thick paste.Beat the lentil and put the small ball in water to see that it comes up.

    Add Asofoetida and salt in the paste.First take the wok and heat the oil and make small balls from paste and put directly into the oil.

  3. 3

    When it turns into golden colour take them out.Take a big bowl of water and put the vade in water for 1 hr so that it becomes soft.

  4. 4

    After that take the vade and press with soft hand to squeeze water from it.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve,take the bowl,put the vade and add yogurt and tamarind chutney, sprinkle Red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder
