Mango Sandesh

Put the chena,mango puree and powdered sugar in a mixing jar and blend it.

Now pour the mixture in a pan and cook for 3 minutes on low flame.

Now add a pinch of cardamom powder and mix well.

Add 2 tbsp milk powder and mix until it is well combined.

Keep cooking the mixture on low flame until it becomes a dough like consistency and leaves the sides of the pan.This may take around 12 to 15 minutes.

Once done, remove from the stove. Transfer it to a greased bowl and leave it to cool.

Once the mixture comes to room temperature, pinch a little portion from it and shape it into a mango with the help of greased hands.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
