Cooking Instructions

Take Chia seeds in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of water. Let it soak for 20-30 minutes. They will get bigger and absorb most of the water.
Bring around 3 cups of water to a rolling boil in a pan for cooking falooda sev. Add sev as soon as the water comes to a boil and cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain the water and rinse the sev with cold water to stop the cooking process. - 2
Add sugar into the milk and stir until sugar is dissolved. Peel and cut the mangoes into cubes. Keep 1 cup of mango 🥭cubes and make a puree of rest.
Start assembling. Add a spoonful of soaked chia seeds and then a spoonful of cooked sev and Rose syrup.Add chopped almonds and cashews. - 3
Take a grinder jar and add mango pulp, sugar and Condensed milk. Grind only for 30 sec and refrigerate for cooling.Now, add rose syrup and add diced mango.
finally,Royal mango falooda is ready and Serve chilled.
