  • as required Steak
  • as required Jalepeno/Cheese Smoked Sausage
  • as required Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper
  • as required Canola Oil and/or Wagyu Beef tallow

    Pat dry your steak, rub with garlic powder, salt, black pepper

    Preheat a skillet with canola oil and/or Wagyu Beef Tallow

  3. 3

    Drop your hot sausages and steak, cook 2minutes each side for sear on your steak. Plate and enjoy! (Cook longer if desired)
