In a mixing bowl add curd whisk well.add semolina and salt mix with curd.add 1/2cup water and make a semi thick batter.cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

After that semolina absorbed the water so add some more water and make a pouring consistency batter. Add baking soda.whisk again and pour the batter into greased idli mould. microwave it for 3 minutes and the idli is ready.

Transfer them in a plate and repeat the same process and prepared all.served with sambhar or chutney
