4Mangoes
1 cupSugar
as required Wheat Flour
2 tsprava/ semolina
as per taste Salt
as required Oil
as required Water

Take out pulp from mangoes and add sugar as required.
Grind it.

Take wheat flour, rava/ semolina, salt,sugar and mix it well. Knead a tight dough. Roll a puri and fry it.

Serve hot puri with delicious "Aamras".
