Chickpeas and mango chutney

Dry roast redchillies and methi seeds till they change colour.

In a pan heat oil. Then add Rai and hing. Your seasoning is ready.

In the same pan, heat two drops of oil and fry chana dal till it turns into light brown in colour.

In a blender, first grind chillies. Then add chana dal and methi seeds and grind. Then add mango, coconut, salt and adding little bit of water grind it into a course paste. Your chutney is ready.

Mix it with the seasoning and serve. Goes well with rice, roti, dosa n idli
