Take the mango pulp, milk add sugar and boil them for around 5-8 minutes till the pulp thickens nicely

Now take the boiled rice and add to the Mango pulp around 5-10mins

Now turn off the flame and add the cardomam powder and nuts to the Phirni,add some chopped Mango cubes if you wish to have in your phirni.

Keep the Phirni in the freeze for sometime

Enjoy the yummy delicious cool dessert with your loved ones
