2-3medium potato tuber
Blended pepper and onion
Chopped garlic
Sliced onions
1/2 tspcurry masala
Leftover spice from previous recipe
Spiced sweet potato cubes
Vegetable oil
cubeSeasoning
Salt to taste
Cornstarch mixture
1 tbspcornstarch
1 tbspwater

Wash, peel and dice sweet potatoes.

Heat oil in pan.

Add onion and garlic.

Fry till fragnant.

Add the blended pepper and onion, curry masala, leftover spice and fry for 5min.

Add water or stock and bring to a boil.

Now add your potatoes and cook until soft.

Add in you cornstarch to thicken. Simmer for 5min and serve
