Chop and assemble all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk yogurt in a bowl with a whisker till smooth.

Add roasted cumin powder, grated garlic clove, chaat masala, salt, and 1/4 th tsp powdered sugar to taste. Give it a nice mix and add the chopped vegetables to it. Toss and garnish with chopped coriander and a sprinkling of red chili powder.

Serve chilled, garlic-flavored delicious raita as a side with biryani, pulao, kababs, or any fried or grilled items.
