Millet Bottle-gourd Paratha

This super grains paratha is gluten free and loaded with bunch of benefits. It has a good amount of fiber from bottle gourd, it is made with millets so it is gluten free and is tossed with sesame seeds (loads of benefits). It goes well with chutney, achar,dahi or lassi.

Steps

In a mixing bowl add jowar flour, bajra flour, and ragi flour.

To this add grated bottle gourd, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, and chopped green chili. Coriander leaves and curry leaves and salt.

Add sufficient water to mix and knead to smooth soft dough.

Roll into a paratha using a rolling pin.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. - 5
Roast the paratha on a tawa with ghee/oil.

Flip and roast well on the other side.

Serve hot with chutney,.dip, achar,.curd, or lassi.
