Ingredients

  • 250 gmsgrated paneer
  • 2boiled aloo grated and half cup of boiled green peas
  • 1 teaspoonkasuri methi
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoongreen chillies paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices like haldi, Kashmiri red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoonsbread crumbs
  • 3-4 tablespoonoil

    In a bowl take 250 GM's of grated paneer, 1 boiled aloo, 1 teaspoon of kasuri methi, 1/2 cup corraindar leaves, 1/2 teaspoon of green chillies paste, add salt, spices like haldi, mirchi, dhania jeera powder, garam masala

    Lastly add bread crumbs and mix all well. Give a round shape

  3. 3

    Put few drops of oil in a Appam Pan and cook it on slow flame on both sides till they become crispy brown and serve it hot
