  • 1 handfulBeansprouts
  • 1 handfulcabbage
  • 1 handfulshredded carrot
  • 1 handfulhorenso or watercress
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 4 tbspshoyu
  • 1 tbspsake or mirin
  • 2 tspsugar
  • Chicken Cutlet
  • 1fillet of chicken breast
  • Flour
  • Cornstarch
  • Breadcrumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the butter on hotplate

  2. 2

    Once melted, put all the veggies, sugar and season well

  3. 3

    Stir fry the veggetable briefly

  4. 4

    Add shoyu and mirin

  5. 5

    Splash water to flambee (or sake)

  6. 6

    Put the cutlet and smash together

  7. 7

    Serve
