Ingredients

  1. 1 handfulBeansprouts
  2. 1 handfulcabbage
  3. 1 handfulshredded carrot
  4. 1 handfulhorenso or watercress
  5. 2 tbspbutter
  6. 4 tbspshoyu
  7. 1 tbspsake or mirin
  8. 2 tspsugar
  9. Chicken Cutlet
  10. 1fillet of chicken breast
  11. Flour
  12. Cornstarch
  13. Breadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt the butter on hotplate

  2. 2

    Once melted, put all the veggies, sugar and season well

  3. 3

    Stir fry the veggetable briefly

  4. 4

    Add shoyu and mirin

  5. 5

    Splash water to flambee (or sake)

  6. 6

    Put the cutlet and smash together

  7. 7

    Serve
