#PFR...This can be very easy and healthy party snack option as it includes lots of boiled veggies marinated in curd mixture and roasted on tava

Boil the veggies with some salt. Don't over cook the veggies keep some crunch

Drain the water, dry the veggies

In a bowl add dahi with no water portion in it, all the spices, salt, mint leaves, garlic chilli paste and 1 teaspoon of oil and mix everything well

Add boil veggies and marinate it for atleast 25 mins. Note more time you give you will get tasty outcome

Heat the tava or a grill pan (I used mini uthappam pan), pour some oil and put the veggies. Cook on a medium flame on both sides and serve
