Ingredients

  • 7-8baby corn (You can take any other veggies or even paneer)
  • 2medium capsicum
  • 2medium size carrots
  • 2 tablespoonsdahi
  • 1 teaspooneach of red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, kasuri methi, oil, garlic and green chili paste
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • 3-4 tablespoonoil
  • salt to taste
  • leavesfew mint

    Boil the veggies with some salt. Don't over cook the veggies keep some crunch

  2. 2

    Drain the water, dry the veggies

  3. 3

    In a bowl add dahi with no water portion in it, all the spices, salt, mint leaves, garlic chilli paste and 1 teaspoon of oil and mix everything well

  4. 4

    Add boil veggies and marinate it for atleast 25 mins. Note more time you give you will get tasty outcome

  5. 5

    Heat the tava or a grill pan (I used mini uthappam pan), pour some oil and put the veggies. Cook on a medium flame on both sides and serve
