Ingredients

  • Noodle egg, boiled
  • Bean sprouts, boiled
  • Baby Bok Choy, boiled
  • Fried garlic
  • Celery
  • 4 eggs
  • Shiitake Mushrooms Soup;
  • 5 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • White radish, cut into circle
  • 4Chicken things
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsps soy sauce
  • 2 l Water
  • Your Optional seasoning; Ground chilies, sugar and lime, wedged

Steps

  1. 1

    Put water, shiitake mushrooms, chicken things and white radish in the pot. Over medium heat. Seasoning with salt, black peppercorns and soy sauce. Simmer until to cooked.

    Prepare the serving bowl, put egg noodles, bean sprouts, baby bok choy, celery and fried garlic. Then place the chicken and egg, pour shiitake mushrooms. Ready to enjoy 😊.
