Remembering my trip to the United States, I met a Korean traveler who told me he missed his favorite food, Asian-style chicken. I wanted to make a recipe similar to it. I hope you enjoy it 🫶🏽😋 It's delicious!

First, cut the chicken breast into strips or bite-sized pieces, as you prefer. Wash the chicken and season it with garlic salt pieces, black pepper, bouillon cube, all-purpose seasoning, and meat tenderizer and seasoning blend. Let the chicken rest with the seasonings.

Next, slice the red onion into thin strips (julienne), and do the same with the bell pepper. Cut the potatoes into sticks and wash them well.

Pour enough oil into a pot to cover the potatoes. Fry the potatoes until golden and crispy. Once fried, remove them from the oil and set aside.

In a skillet, sauté the bell pepper and onion with a pinch of salt. While sautéing, dissolve garlic powder in a teaspoon of water to hydrate it (optional—you can add it directly to the skillet if you prefer). Sauté everything together, then remove the vegetables from the skillet.

In the same skillet, sauté the chicken pieces. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the sautéed vegetables, a splash of soy sauce, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

For the white rice, bring water to a boil in a small pot with a small piece of margarine, a bouillon cube, and a pinch of salt. Once boiling, add the rice and cover. When the water is absorbed, add a little more water if needed. Check if the rice is evenly cooked, then remove from heat. Your white rice is ready!
