1big green pepper

1 cupbread crumbs
1 cupminced meat

Mash the potatoes roughly

Add minced meat,chopped onions,green pepper, scotch bonnet and seasoning cube

Mix until everything is combined

Scoop the potatoes with your clean hands and shape the potatoes

Dip the potatoes into Beaten egg

Then coat with bread crumbs and set aside and repeat the procedure
