Fresh tender green garden onion shoots beg to get mixed with other fragrant soup ingredients to make a delicious light summer dinner broth. Served with fresh beansprouts and kimchi pickled cabbage on the side.

Steam sliced mushrooms, noodles, leek, daikon slices, carrot slices, seaweed, garlic, till tender in cup of water, about 4 minutes.. Remove garlic clove. Taste. Add 3 cups water, miso, dashi, soy, bring to boil. Add thin strips of fresh tuna, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and sesame seeds, when tuna turns white, serve with sake, kim chi and fresh bean sprouts. Enjoy.
