Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgLotus root
  • as requiredOil
  • few sprigsCoriander
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • as requiredSalt to taste
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspChili powder half spoon

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash lotus root.
    Cut them in big pcs.

  2. 2

    Boiled this lotus root in cooker.

    Take a pan add 2 table spoon oil in it. Add lotus root in it. Mix it and make a crispy and crunchy it.

    Add chili powder. Coriander powder.salt and Turmeric powder. And coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients.

  5. 5

    Saute it and make crispy lotus. Mix it well and serve with roti.
