Steps

Cut musk melon in to small pieces without skin and convert juice without adding water

Heat 2 spn ghee in a kadai
- 3
Add maskmelon juice and reduce flame to sim level.

Heat till this consiststency changes to paste

Add ghee and stir continuously remembered to close kadai while heating.

Add 2 cup of sugar and increasing flame level. Continued stirring till the sugar melt and it turned to thick mixture.

No need to add colour, add cardamon powder.

Add the balance qty of ghee and continued to stir well till the mixture changes to thick consistency

Transferred the contents to Ghee applied bowel, and garnish with roasted cashews/badham/resins.

Now yammy yammy muskmelon halwa is ready to serve.
