Marinade chicken with curd + black pepper + lemon juice + garlic paste and keep for 30 - 40 minutes.

Assemble other ingredients, mix corn flour in 3 tbsp water and keep aside.

In a moderately heated pan add butter, add whole spices and allow to sizzle, then add the marinated chicken.

Shallow fry till golden brown on both sides under low to medium flame.

By now chicken release water, add green chili + salt + 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and cook for 3-4 minutes under high flame.

By now the chicken has turned soft, add the corn flour mix and mix well, cook for 4-5 minutes under low to medium flame. Add chopped coriander and mix well.

The gravy thickens, keep in standby mode for 2 minutes.

The dish is ready.

Serve with plain steamed rice/paratha / naan.
