In mixing bowl add jowar flour,wheat flour, chopped methi fenugreek leaves,all spices, oil, salt. Mix well.

Add little little curd and bind paratha dough. After 5 minutes knead again. Make equal size 10 flattened balls.

Roll each prepared dough balls into round 5" diameter roti.

Roast on iron griddle with oil on both sides on medium flame. Similarly prepare all parathas.

Serve Delicious Hot Jowar-Wheat Methi Parathas with fresh curd in lunch box.
