This is a medium spicy healthy dish of jowar (sorghum) flour and wheat flour. This is a very good option for breakfast or evening snacks.
Steps

Dry roast wheat flour and jowar flour separately in the microwave for 2-2 min each.

Now heat oil in a kadhai or pan.

Add mustard seeds and cumin.
- 4
Add chopped chilies, peanuts, and onions.

Saute for 2 mins.

Add salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.

Add both the flour.

Again saute for 3-4 mins on low flame.

Now sprinkle 1 cup of hot water in batches.

Keep stirring so that it should be lump-free.

Now add sugar, cover, and cook for 2min.

Turn off the flame.

Add lemon juice and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
