  1. 1/2 cup eachPotato,tomato,carrot,lauki,brinjal carrot,beans
  2. 1 tb.spoonDesi ghee
  3. 2 t.spoonSalt
  4. 1/2 t.spoonMustard seeds
  5. 1/2 t.spoonCumin
  6. 1.finely choppedGreen chilli
  7. 1/4 t.spoonturmeric powder

  1. 1

    Boil 11/2 cup water.Add all the vegetables,salt, turmeric powder and cook until soft.

    Heat ghee in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and green chilli.Mix boiled vegetables and cook for 5 min.Switch off the gas.

    Your nutritious vegetable curry is ready to serve.Enjoy.it with roti or rice.
