Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupOrganic jaggery powder
    Sweet and Spicy Mojito / Jaggery Cucumber Mojito
  • 2 cupsCool water
    Mango Fenugreek Chutney (Methamba)(Totapuri mango dish)
  • 1 lemonLemon juice
  • 1 tspGrated ginger
  • 1 pinchEdible Camphor (optional)
  • 6-8Tulsi or Basil leaves
  • Pinchsalt (optional)

Steps

5 to 7 min.
  1. 1

    First, combine all in an silver/earthen pot / glass jar/ stainless steel pot. Avoid brass, copper or aluminum metal while using lemon or tamarind. Keep some the basil leaves for garnish, crush some of them in the blender. You can churn all in mixer too.

    Give a good mix and stir till Jaggery is dissolved. Then strain the liquid.

    Pour in individual cups or tumblers. Top with tulasi leaves and serve chilled!
