In a bowl,pour in all the dry ingredients and mix them well.

Add in the water gradually while kneading it

Transfer your dough to a flat surface and knead it further until it's soft

Divide the dough into the a number of your choice depending on the size you want

Add oil into your pan,and bring it to boil

Deep fry your mandazi,until they are golden brown(I love mine crispy so I leave it a little bit longer to achieve the crispiness,

Draij excess oil and serve with a beverage of your choice
