Ingredients

  • 5banana (I use Lady finger banana)
  • 200 gramplain flour
  • 75 gramrice flour
  • 1egg
  • 20 gramcaster sugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 300 mlcoconut milk or could water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients (flour, egg, baking powder, salt, sugar, and coconut milk). Thinly slice the banana, dip into the dipping mixture.

  2. 2

    Heat cooking oil over medium heat. Fry the bananas until cooked and goldenbrown, don't forget to turn them over. Lift. Drain.
