Ingredients

  1. 1corn cob
  2. 1capsicum
  3. 3spoon coriander leaves finely chopped
  4. 1boiled potato
  5. 1spoon green chilli paste
  6. 1spoon roasted jeera powder
  7. 1spoon chilli powder
  8. 1spoon garam masala
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 2cheese cubes
  11. as neededOil/butter
  12. 1/2spoon pepper powder
  13. 1 cupwhole wheat flour

Cooking Instructions

    Separate the corn kernels from cob (raw).

  2. 2

    In a bowl add corns, finely chopped capsicum, coriander leaves, chilli paste,garam masala, chilli powder, salt to taste (cheese has salt) jeera powder, pepper powder, and grated cheese mashed boiled potato mix well.

    In a bowl add whole wheat flour,salt, and knead soft dough apply little oil cover keep aside.

  4. 4

    Take portion of dough and fill with corn mixture cover and roll into little thick paratha.

  5. 5

    Heat tawa and roast paratha applying oil/ghee both sides till golden crisp.

  6. 6

    Pack in tiffen with tomato ketchup.
