Ingredients

  • 750 gmchicken
  • For garnishing----
  • 1 tspblackpepper powder
  • 1 tspcorianderpowder
  • 1 tspcadamompowder
  • 1 tspgarammasala powder
  • 2 tbspgingergarlic paste
  • as requiredTo taste salt
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 200 gmyogurt
  • 3 tbspcoriander leaves,mintleaves,& greenchili paste
  • 2medium size onion deep fried
  • 20roasted pistachios
  • 15roastef cashew
  • 20roasted almond
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 2 stickcinamonstick
  • 4cloves
  • 1/2 tspcuminseeds

Steps

  1. 1

    To make a paste of a almond, cashew, & pistachios adding little water.

  2. 2

    To marrinate the chicken with above ingredients with cashewnut paste. Rest it 2hours on refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Heata pan add oil put cinnamon,clove & cuminseeds. Saute 1 mints.P ut the marrinated chicken,roast it under high flame for 5 to 8 minys.

  4. 4

    Than lower the flame & cook it till chicken turns tender.

  5. 5

    Garnishit with coriander leaves serve hot with rice or chapati.
