Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2 cupsWashed and soaked green moong daal
  2. 1/2 cupWashed and soaked Rice
  3. 1/2 cupSpinach puree
  4. 1/2 cupChopped mint leaves
  5. 4Chopped green chillies
  6. 1 tbspChopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tablespoonCurd or lemon juice
  8. as per tasteSalt, Chilli powder, cumin powder
  9. 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  10. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  11. as requiredWater to make batter
  12. 2 tspOil for dosa
  13. As requiredChutney to serve

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First, drain the rice and daal.Grind together with all the ingredients to a smooth and thick batter. Use water to adjust consistency.

    Keep the batter for 10 minutes. Then heat a tawa. Make dosas slightly thicker than regular dosas. Pour oil on sides and cook covered on both sides till crisp.

    Andhra Style Pesarattu and Veg Korma

    Make all the dosas as above. Serve hot with choice of chutney or vegetable kurma. See the attached receipe of vegetable kurma. They taste yummy 😋
