  4. as requiredonion, coriander, ginger and tomato

  6. 1/2 cupcurd

    Firstly,in large bowl take 1 cup suji/ rava and salt

    1/2 curd mix well making sure the curd is combined well

  3. 3

    Rest for 15 mnts until the rava absorbs well, thn add 1/2 cup of water and mix well if thickness

  4. 4

    Now you can add ENO optional,Some vegetables for topping

  5. 5

    Heat tawa and oil, now pour the rava better into small uttapam

  6. 6

    Top with a tbsp of prepared toppings and press gently

  7. 7

    Pour 1tsp oil around the uttapam flip over and cook both sides

  8. 8

    Finally enjoy instant rava uttapam, green chutney with Jam.
