Soak 1 small bowl yellow moong dal for 1/2 hrs....in lukewarm water so the dal will become soft....then wash it well and drain it...Then transfer to a grinder add 1 green chilli and a small piece of ginger. Grind it coarsely. No need of adding water. Once it is done then keep aside...Now heat 1 tbsp ghee. Then add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds..let it crackle then add moong dal mixture fry in a slow flame...

Add 1/2 tsp haldi powder, red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder & cumin powder, gar am masala powder mix well then add little water so that the masala mix well. Once it is done..Then switch off the flame then add amchur powder and bes an mix...it properly then keep aside...Stuffing is ready... Combined in a bowl 1 spoonful refined flour...for 2 persons... Then add ajwain, salt and melted ghee...mix..well...

Add water as needed and make a semi stiff dough...Mean while preheat..
Air Fryer 200 degree C for 5 minutes..Now from the dough take a small ball...roll it and press it with your palm..in the center put the stuffing..and press it gently with your palm and male a kachori shape..Once it is done then keep aside.... - 4
Take out the basket from Air Fryer...apply ghee with a brush or spatula..then arrange the kachoris in a basket....apply ghee on kachoris...Now it is ready to bake....for 200 degree C for 10 minutes...After 10 minutes check it if it is done.

Serve..with tomato ketchup....
