1 tsp.Vanilla essence
1 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspBaking soda
1/3 rd cupCocoa powder
1 tbspPowdered sugar
6Amla/gooseberry candy - (cut into slices)
as requiredPaper cups for cup cake

Sieve all dry ingredients.Mixx butter and sugar.Whisk it until light and fluffy.Add condensed milk,oil and vanilla essence.Whisk it well.Now add dry ingredients in batches.Add water to make dropping consistency of the batter.

Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 5 min.

Take a tray,(I have used mini tart moulds to hold paper cups),fill all the paper cups with the batter.Garnish it with gooseberry slices and white choco chips.

Bake them at 180 degree for 13 to 15 min.Your delicious and yummy cup cakes are ready to serve.I am sure you will not resist yourself from eating at least 2 cupcakes.
