  • 300 mlwater
  • Sugar (optional),lemon 🍋 lemon

    Place clean water in a clean sufuria to boil

  2. 2

    Mix the floor in cold water to make it homogeneous

  3. 3

    Add to the already boiling water, continue stirring till it becomes a uniform solution,allow it to boil and add your desired ingredients

  4. 4

    Serve it hot with traditional snack like sweet potatoes and boiled maize, cassava

Tips

Lemon zest

To Zest with a Citrus Zester: Place the fine, sharp-edged holes on one end of the citrus, following the curvature of the fruit. Push slightly into the fruit and pull down to the other end. Repeat this process until the entire lemon peel is removed and only the pith remains.
