Milk-Based Aioli (Never Splits!)

Use a cup as your measuring tool. Add 1 cup of milk and 2 cups of olive oil using the same cup for both.

Peel the garlic cloves and remove the core to make them milder. Add salt to taste, the juice of half a lemon, and some parsley.

Blend everything together until smooth, and it's ready!
