Ingredients

  • 1 Cupbasmati rice
  • 1/4 Cupgreen peas
  • 1/4 Cup soya chunks
  • 1/4 tsphaldi
  • 1/2 tsp mirchi
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 2 tspoil
  • 2lavang
  • 1/2"dalchini
  • 1 tsprai
  • as requiredsalt
  • for garnishingCoriander

Steps

0-30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash rice.Keep aside.

  2. 2

    In pan add oil, rai. When it crackle,add lavang, dalchini. Add rice. Saute 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add peas, haldi, mirchi powder2.cups warm water.Salt.

  4. 4

    Let it boil,for 5-6 minutes. Add soya chunks, garam masala.

  5. 5

    Keep lid. Cook till done.Garnish with coriander.
