Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsPuffed rice (roasted or raw)
  2. 2 tablespoonsRoasted bengal gram
  3. 2 tablespoonsRoasted peanuts
  4. 2Green chili (finely chopped)
  5. 2 tablespoonsNylon sev
  6. 1 teaspoonCumin powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2Tomato (finely chopped)
  9. 1/2Onion (finely chopped)
  10. 1 teaspoonTamarind chutney
  11. 1 teaspoonGreen chutney
  12. 1/2Lemon
  13. Coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, add puffed rice, grams, peanuts, green chili, nylon sev, salt and cumin powder, toss to mix.

  2. 2

    Just before serving, add tomato, onion, tamarind chutney, green chutney, lemon juice, mix again.

  3. 3

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with a cup of chai.
