Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 CupRice (16 tbs)
  • 1 CupMoong sprouts (16 tbs)
  • 1, Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 CupsWater (32 tbs)
  • 2 TablespoonsRefined oil
  • 1 TeaspoonCumin seeds
  • 2 TeaspoonsBiryani masala
  • To TasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker, heat oil, add cumin seeds, allow to splutter. Add in the sprouts and biryani masala, saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add rice saute for another 2 minutes. Add water and salt, pressure for about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Serve with curd, pickle or papad.
