To boil the 5 eggs then cut them it 2parts.To boil the tomato, ginger, cashew, magaj, garlic, green chili. Cool it & make a paste.

Heat a pan put 1tbsp oil put bay leaf, crackle add chop onion sauted till it becomes golden brown. Add all spices and mix it well. Now add the paste masala, red chili powder&garam masala powder. cook nicely.

Put kasoori methi & cream mix it well-cooked 1mints. Add 1cup of water and the egg pieces.cooked another mints.

Take a boiled egg & grate the egg white on top of the curry add a generous amount. Simmer for 2mints & then serve. Garnishing with coriander leaves serve it with roti, chapati,paratha, or boiled rice.
