PREPARING THE PORK CHOPS
Mix the spices in a small bowl and season the pork chops. - 2
Rub both sides of the pork chops with oil.

Preheat a grill. Sear and brown the pork chops on both sides.

MAKING THE BUTTERNUT SQUASH MASH
Cut the butternut squash into pieces and cook in water until tender. - 5
In another pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper for a couple of minutes.

Add the butternut squash and mash until smooth.

Serve immediately with the pork chops.
