Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla, just until smooth.

Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.

Let the waffles cool for a minute and then dip them in the waffle mix on both sides until they are covered in batter.

Fill a bowl with the graham cracker crumbs and dip the waffle covered in batter till it is dry.

Put in waffle iron once more until golden brown.

Note: you may need to make more batter depending on the size of your waffle maker.
