Ingredients

2 hours (making broth takes long)
4 people.
  1. Shells with meats from a spider crab
  2. Water
  3. Soy sauce
  4. Salt

Cooking Instructions

2 hours (making broth takes long)

    After eating a crab, put all the shells into a pot, add water to cover all the shells and boil it. Be careful not to boil the water over. I prefer using a cast iron pot with very small fire. Boil for an hour. Add salt &soy sauce little by little, and make your preferred taste.

    Filter the broth.

    Add steamed rice and beaten egg. Add soy sauce and salt.

    Keep heating till the egg start forming.
