Add sliced banana, cardamom, cinnamon powder, and 3 c milk to a blender jar and blend for 2 minutes to make a smooth puree. Taste. If you have a sweet tooth you may add 2 tbsp honey and mix. Pour the smoothie into a jug. Wash the rose petals, and add this to the blender with one c milk; blend to make a smooth cream. Pour it into a glass. Keep the tea strainer over the jug. Strain the rose milk mix through the strainer.

Blend them together with a whisk. Stir in cinnamon powder, and gulkand. Whisk to blend, Refrigerate
Serve chilled. Add 1 tbsp sabja to each serving glass. Prior to serving pour 3c of the smoothie into a tumbler. Sprinkle a crushed nut mix on top. Enjoy the refreshing delicious smoothie.
