Ab masale ko chickrn pieces per lagaaen aur cuts k ander bhi masala daalen...
phr marinated pieces ko 1 hour k liye fridge me rakhen...... agar time nahi hy to bhale 20 mints hee rakhen. - 5
1 hour ya 20 mints k baad wok me oil daalen aur oil ko acha sa garam karen..

Ab chicken pieces ko fridge me se nikal kar maidey me dip karen sahi se. phr paani me dip karen aur phr wapas dobara maidey me dip kar k oil me daalen chicken pieces ko... deep fry karen aur thori deir k liye bhale dhakan bhi rakhen. taa ke sahi se aur ander se gal jaaae.....
