Steps

Add & mix turmeric powder,red chilli powder dhania jeera powder and salt to prepared boiled basmati rice. Keep aside.

In cooking pan add heat oil. Do tempering of mustard seeds cumin seeds as splutter add curry leaves, chopped garlic, onion, green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.

Add prepared spice mixed boiled rice. Add salt, roasted peanuts (I roasted in Airfryer). (you can fry/ roast in cooking pan before adding boiled rice.)

Pour lemon juice, mix gently and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Phodnicha Bhaat with Fresh curd.
