Peel and dice Irish wash and put in a pot to boil

Grate pepper and onions

Cook meat and shred it

Smash soft boiled potatoes and mix with the shredded meat and grated pepper and onions with spices to taste

Roll in a cylinder shape and keep aside

Whisk 2 eggs in bowl

Cover the shaped potatoes with flour then put in whisk egg and transfer to a boil of bread crumbs

Put oil on fire at medium
Put it in to fry to golden brown

Allow to cool and serve
