Wash properly the spinach. Boil water in the steamer, then steam it for 4-5 mins. Remove and set aside. Arrange in a plate.

Boil century egg for 10 mins then slice it. Set aside.

Heat wok then pour cooking oil. Sautee ginger and garlic until aromatic. Then add in century egg. A a little water. Simmer for about 4-5 mins.

Drop the egg mix it. Simmer a rinute.
Then pour over the spinach.
