Wash and slit into 4 keep into water do not cut ends. Keep aside

Take a mixing jar add roasted peanuts add coriander leaves jarggery goda masala tometoes temerind paste red chilli powder green chilli chopped ginger 1/4 cup water blend into smooth paste. add salt green coriander leaves mix all well

Now rinse brinjals from water stuffed masala.
Heat oil add mustard seeds assofodeta curry leaves saute add chopped onions saute till soft add turmericpowder add stuffed brinjals fry add reamaining masala add water cover lid cook for 15 min.
