Cooking Instructions

Firstly wash the sabudana properly and soak it overnight. Then drain it and rest it for 20 minutes.

Take a blender add roasted peanut blend it into fine powder. Then boiled potatoes. Take a bowl add boiled mashed potatoes, peanut powder green chill, cumin seed, chili flakes, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, a pinch of asafoetida, and salt mix everything well.

Now take a pan or Kadai heat oil. Once the oil heat makes a small size ball and press gently pour it into the hot oil fry till golden brown. Once it did take it out on a plate and serve hot with tomato sauce and mayonnaise enjoy
