Ingredients

  1. Pickling cucumbers
  2. Pickling Dill (or baby Dill)
  3. 1.5 tbspPickling spice blend
  4. 4 cupscold water
  5. 1 cupWhite Vinegar
  6. 2 tbspiodized salt
  7. 2 tbspcoarse Himalayan pink salt
  8. 4 clovesgarlic
  9. 1 tbspsugar
  10. 1/2 tbspwhole black peppercorns, or 1-2 dried chili peppers (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Pack a jar with the pickling cucumbers, dill, and garlic

  2. 2

    Mix the brine containing the water, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pickling spices in a pot and bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Pour the brine over the pickles and seal the jar(s). Cool and refrigerate, pickles will be ready in 2-3 weeks depending on their size.
